The founder

The person behind the mission

Jennifer Guidry didn’t set out to build a consulting firm. She set out to solve a problem she kept seeing from the inside.

Over more than a decade working with group mental health practices, Jennifer saw the same pattern play out again and again. Talented clinicians would build thriving practices on instinct, clinical skill, and sheer will. Then the business would outgrow what instinct alone could manage. Revenue would climb, but so would complexity. The owner would bring in help, one vendor at a time: a marketing agency here, a bookkeeper there, maybe a business coach. Each one saw a piece. None of them saw the whole thing.

The result was always the same. The owner remained the only person holding the full picture, carrying the weight of every decision alone, and wondering why growth felt heavier instead of lighter.

Solomon Advising exists to carry that weight with you.

Jennifer’s background spans operations, marketing, financial strategy, technology, and executive leadership. She holds an HCISPP certification in healthcare information security and was a former partner in a cybersecurity firm. But what defines her work isn’t a credential. It’s pattern recognition earned across 40+ practices and a decade of being inside the businesses she advises. She’s seen what breaks at every stage of growth, and she’s built the systems that fix it.

The name Solomon reflects the mission: to steer toward balance, to safeguard the legacy, to achieve the best that both pictures have to offer.

One team

Not another vendor. A complete partner.

Solomon isn’t Jennifer alone in a room giving advice. It’s a team of specialists working from a shared understanding of your practice.

Strategy, operations, marketing, project management, and executive advisory. All coordinated. All informed by the same assessments, the same visioning exercise, the same financial picture, and the same understanding of where your practice is headed.

This is why the work compounds. The person managing your marketing knows your compensation model. The person advising on operations has seen your leadership profile. The person overseeing your finances understands your growth trajectory. Nothing happens in isolation because your practice doesn’t operate in isolation.

Most practices have tried hiring specialists before. The specialists were probably good at their jobs. The problem was never talent. It was integration. Solomon solves the integration problem by being one team instead of many vendors.

Our clients

Seven-figure mental health group practices

We work with group practice owners who have built something real and are ready to build what comes next. Our clients share a few things in common.

01

They own group mental health practices grossing $1M+ annually.

Solo practitioners or early-stage practices aren’t the right fit. We work with practices that have crossed the threshold where clinical skill alone can’t carry the business forward.

02

They want a strategic partner, not a vendor they manage.

If you’re looking for someone to execute a task list, we’re not the right fit. Our clients trust us to see things they can’t see from inside the business and to tell them what they need to hear, not just what they want to hear.

03

They’re ready to engage across the whole practice.

We don’t sell services in isolation. If an owner comes to us looking only for a new website or only for help with Google Ads, they either aren’t the right fit or need to see the whole picture before engaging.

04

They’re willing to be challenged.

Our clients value candor. They want to be held accountable to their own stated vision. They show up fully, and they don’t skip meetings with Solomon.

What we stand for

Our values

See the whole system

A group practice is a system, not a collection of parts. Every decision connects to every other decision. We refuse to work in silos because your practice doesn’t operate in one.

Tell the truth

We tell practice owners what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. Candor, delivered with care, is what moves practices forward. We never hedge when clarity is what you need.

Build, don’t just advise

Advice without execution is a notebook full of good ideas. We don’t hand you a strategy and wish you luck. We build alongside you, and we stay until the work is done and your team can sustain it.

Play the long game

We’re not optimizing for a quick win. We’re building something that compounds over years. The longer we work together, the sharper our advice gets and the more tailored the solutions become.

What makes Solomon different

Beyond coaching. Beyond consulting. Beyond agencies.

Solomon occupies a category that doesn’t have a clean name in the market yet. We’re not a marketing agency, not a business coach, not a technology vendor, and not a generalist consulting firm that happens to take healthcare clients.

The closest language is comprehensive practice growth partner: a firm that combines strategic consulting, operational execution, marketing management, technology guidance, financial oversight, and leadership development into a single ongoing relationship. Most offer one or two of these domains. We offer all five, delivered by a team that shares a unified understanding of each client’s vision, challenges, and trajectory.

No competitor in the mental health group practice space operates at this scope with this depth.
